When someone with HIV viral load gets bad enough they develop AIDS, (acquired immunodeficiency syndrome). With a compromised immune system (which people who do not have AIDS suffer from as well), cancer runs rampant through the body. Cancer treatments with positive results (long term remission), are constantly improving.  Wouldn't it be interesting if a cure was found for cancer because of treatments for HIV and AIDS?
