Females should NOT be in law enforcement

At one time as a Sgt I had the record for the most females on one shift at any time (5). I think that still stands today in Austin Tx. We led the other 2 evening shift in felony arrests, DWI's,  Misdemeanor arrests and in one specific incident, while one of the MEN on the shift ran to his trunk to get a less lethal shotgun to address a man with a knife who had already stabbed 2 people, the female officer took him down alone with a Taser. Add the value of a female officer to calming a sexual assault victim and I have to say that for every video you see where a female is overpowered there are videos of males overpowered. With the tools LE has today, i.e. pepper spray, Taser, backups, using one video to justify eliminating all females from Law Enforcement is simply ignorant.
