Melted gob of muscle.

Dave was smart enough to realise his decline and hang up the thong for good.  Doing better then most and actually offers advice, insight and transferrable content to the thing lovers.

Dave used a shit ton of oil in his arms at some point. Maybe in his lats too not sure. Pretty sure that's what made them funky looking later

Mask off the areas of your lats you don't want a peak.

Looks like a knot from a lat pin. He probably was pinning gear and SEO together although he should’ve known better to do so so close to a show.

Dave lived the lifestyle.

His online content is good if you enjoy bodybuilding.

Dave's talked about his lats being one of his favorite places to inject, which is what that looks like.

Personally, it hurts like fuck and stays sore for a week. Hurts to raise your arms after. Soreness, I should say. I suppose if you did it regularly (I believe I've done it twice, & when I inject I always do both sides.. except for just 1ml/wk hrt or whatever). You could get used to it with stretching after.

He did his first show at 168lbs and wasn't long after that he was walking around at 300lbs and lean and on stage at 268.

No one should take injection advice from you man. I ain’t proud to say it but have probably had thousands of self injects over the decades and never once have I gotten an abscess. Of the 20 or so pretty close buddies that I knew in BB or the Corps who self injected NONE have ever had an issue. Haven’t you had a few?
I am not hacking on you at all man. I have no idea what kind of dude you are in real life. You just don’t know 1/3 of what you think you know and should listen to others like Coach. Calling out Coach is just silly man. The dude is a REAL coach - works with schools legitimately (not just helping kids who happen to be in school - like he works FOR the school) - the guy has 20 years more experience than you and has himself competed RECENTLY and done so successfully.
It’s just not a good look for you to claim to know more than him man.

Excellent, welcome back

Been a minute brotha. Been working diligently on improving the “mind muscle connection” on my upright rows  as of late.
