Some “wetlands” are bullshit. I’ve had property where the USACE did a delineation and cut the amount of useable land in half. You can also buy “wetlands” that are man made in the middle of a farm field. It’s about like the carbon offset for airplanes and shit like that.

A law pased in 2105 was revoked. Wanna bet it was not necessary if it was passed in 2015?
