2019 Olympia - Steve Kuclo 24 Hours Out.

I don't use Instagram much, but is there not a way to save photos?  I just took a screen capture and saved it in MS Paint.

I'm not sure if this photo falls under the "King Kamali Kitchen Light" cheat, but Kuclo looks great here.  He is full and hard, with no signs of Palumboism that I read on here he is developing.

I suppose it could just be advantageous lighting here...but I think it may also be that he smoothed out by the time of the contest, unfortunately.

Steve Kuclo training during the expo of the 2012 Europa in Orlando, Florida.  I was impressed with his stamina after training - he had no shortage of breath after his sets, when I've seen other bodybuilders huffing and puffing like locomotives after similar workouts [you may recall when Getbig legend THE TRUE ADONIS said that he was huffing and puffing like a locomotive after deadlifting 225-lb for 113 reps].

I remember seeing a clip of him doing one of the fire deparment exams where he had to climb a ladder up to the top of a second story building and back with his equipment and uniform on. Breathing under weight didn't seem to be a problem.

2 things stand out.

1) Steve looks like he lost a lot of sweep on his quads over the years
2) His delts look like they are oil filled in the most muscular pose
