If I have time, I’ll eat 6 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 3/4 cup of oatmeal, 1 cup of frozen blueberries and a kind bar. If short on time I’ll make a shake. Scoop of isopure, scoop of mre lite, scoop of powered oatmeal, athletic greens, cup of frozen blueberries and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter.
