60 lbs lighter than Larry Wheels, no straps! Guy is still young also. He might lift 1000 lbs!

Impressive, but...

Obligatory: He has a shit physique.

I've known a few people who specialized in deadlifts.  For whatever reason, they've all looked like shit.  One of them was strong as hell, repping 600+ pounds with ease at somewhere well over 40 years of age, but he was positively skinny-fat /w 14" arms.  They looked like pipe-cleaners.

Is there a point to putting that much stress on your body, if you don't even look like you work out?  Put a size XL t-shirt on Cailer Woolam, and he'll look downright ordinary.

I don't think that deadlifts are important for bodybuilding.

I wouldn't say he looks like shit. Cailer has wide shoulders with a good v taper and low bodyfat. Looks impressive enough. Better than some of the blown up bubble bonanza gut Olympia competitors.

THat 950 DL is amazing
esp the overhand grip

far more impressive than Eddie hall using straps and weighing 400 pounds doing his "record" DL with straps

It's a hook grip, not regular overhand grip. Nobody uses an overhand grip for >900 lbs deadlifts...

Hook grip is even stronger than mixed grip, it just hurts a lot.

Mediocre squat (661) and bench (474) – for now.  The length of his arms will always limit his bench – it was the same for Ed Coan.
But he’s in his early 20s and might get another 250 on his squat and 50-75 on his bench - 2,400-ish.   :o

He’s an amazing deadlifter, thanks for posting.

Wasn't Ed Coan's best bench press around 565- or 575-lb?

His weakest lift, yes, but not really weak by any measure.

He’s not a Bodybuilder - Why the Hate
He’s lean & looks quite tall.
He competes in powerlifting & At 220lbs has an absolutely
Amazing deadlift.
I don’t get why the likes of you have to spew negativity
At every opportunity- The Original Post was about his Deadlifting
Strength at a Relatively light Body weight for poundage lifted,
Not about how Great his physique is.

How about you post your Max Deadlifts & Your Awesome Physique
Instead of slagging him off.

Far to much unnecessary Negativity on here at Times.

The guy’s physique isn’t bad but I agree with you- deadlifts are not important for bodybuilding. I used to do them- got to 500 for a single and realized it was pretty tough on my spine for the limited aesthetic gains.

by the way- I watched a video the other day of a guy benching 500 like it was nothing and his arms looked to be 15” at best. Powerlifting ain’t bodybuilding and vice versa. Even Larry Wheels admits that.

More impressed with his hand strength using that hook grip. That is insane.  Regarding his build he has dense muscle and not steroid bloat muscle.
