It was originally a personal trainer's gym called Trainerspace.  That place went under after a couple years and redcon picked it up recently.  The trainerspace owners dropped a ton of money into this place.  I'll stick to my small, family owned gym.

Plenty of gyms by me and some have everything you could imagine with brand new equipment. My choice is a mom and pop gym with 30 year old plus machines.  You can deadlift and use chalk. Old people work out along side guys training hard core.  Just some gyms have a great feel to it. Yates and Coleman trained in hard core dumps.  The only problem is that the gym is that it repels hot chicks. They see it as a dump when they compare it to the chrome palace with beautiful flooring and real locker rooms where the personal trainers have a twinkle in their teeth when they smile.

Flex's gym is really nice.  Not sure how you even get the privilege to train there though.  RedCon's gym is 5 minutes from Flex's gym.
