Bodybuilding legend turned media standout Shawn Ray has been named Editor-In-Chief of Digital Muscle.  Fresh off its exclusive webcast of the 2019 Olympia, DigitalMuscle.com has grown in recent years into a destination for those who follow the world of fitness, bodybuilding, nutrition, training, supplementation and an array of fit minded categories.

Yes, was 268 pounds. Now down to 248 pounds. So still not great, but 20 pounds is 20 pounds.  Trying for more, but those damn restaurants and their good foods during the Holidays

Utmost to Talk up Calrida & Lunsford- When a Blind man could see there

Shawn probably is more honest about who is in shape and conditioned on that stage than others. Shawn has not issue talking about someone coming in out of shape.

I am a fan, a photographer, lazy to work out, and work 14-15 hours a days sometimes.  I respect people who are in shape, it isnt easy day in and out.

20 pounds is a lot. Keep it going, Chief!  I'm sure the restaurants are tempting but supermarkets have ready to eat stuff too, and it'll save you money. When I'm away from home I stock up on tinned fish and chicken to keep on hand. More convenient than having to go out for food too. You could even set up a 12v fridge and microwave for the car.

A few bodyweight squats and pushups and you're good to go. No need for some gut busting daily regimen in a gym. I imagine you do lots of walking already at the shows.

I stated that Digital Muscle gets about 800 unique visitors daily and that Shawn's compensation is 2x 1-lb tubs of whey protein powder from the company [1x Choc flavour, 1x Choc Crunch flavour].

A man's gotta eat!  Yes, Digital Muscle is a small-time bodybuilding blog that only gets 800 visitors daily, and yes, Shawn is only getting compensated by way of protein powder supplements that retail for $38 in total [$19 per tub on sale at Wal-Mart, with a total production cost of $9 per tub, making Shawn's compensation costing Digital Muscle only $18 USD per month], but why was my post deleted?

I am not disparaging Shawn here.  The man is one of the best bodybuilders of all time, and is still making more money than 99% of the bodybuilding industry.  It's simply a fact that there is not a lot of money in bodybuilding.

I'm not bashing Shawn here...merely stating that bodybuilding is not a rich sport, and bodybuilders do not get paid much money.

I, for one, am proud that Shawn is earning 2-lb of protein powder monthly for his new position as Editor-In-Chief at Digital Muscle.

YouTube basically stopped paying completely for a while there!  It's starting to pay again though.
