I'm seeing it more and more and I find it repulsive and ridiculous. There's one woman that comes to my gym that has huge natural tits. However, she was likely born with a flat ass and decided that ass implants were necessary. The back of her thigh goes straight up at 90 degrees before rounding into a half moon perfect crescent circle of an ass cheek. it looks so unnatural and stupid.

This other woman I notice is a personal trainer who recently had the ass implants done. It was later revealed to me that she experienced leakage in with of the implants and had health complications as a result.

That's absurd. And the fact that men do it now is disgusting. My ex girlfriend works for a plastic surgeon. The saddest thing she ever saw was when a 16 year old girl, with the permission of her father, wanted and got a labiaplasty. Apparently, her meat curtains were too meaty.

Labiaplasty is covered by Medicare. It can be medically necessary to remove areas containing lumps, bumps or other areas of abnormal or diseases tissue. It seems unlikely that someone only 16 years old would need a labiaplasty for medical reasons, but it is possible.

It's actually common.  There was a documentary a few years ago of British woman and girls wanting the procedure for cosmetic only purposes.  Those women should consult getbiggers first and they would save money because most of us love meat curtains.
