Stan Mcquay -  I write this with a heavy heart, as we lost a good man over the weekend. Daniel Alexander was my friend, brother, training partner and all around solid fuckin dude. He was with me thru so many journey's and battles and always, always was a positive soul...... if you knew him, you were lucky. Please say a prayer for Daniel and his family as he is gone way to soon. Life will just not be the same without you brother...

Kristy Crespo - Just at a loss of words. My heart is so heavy after hearing the news that you’re gone. You were a dear friend to me and my training partner while I was in so many preps. You will forever be missed 💔sending all my condolences to your family and girlfriend.

I work for the IT department at Dan's gym [Crunch Fitness in Chatsworth, USA], and word is that he suffered from a heart attack caused by bodybuilding products - which triggered a genetic defect in his heart to become a full-blown heart attack.

RIP Dan Alexander.
