BB, you nailed it as far as the color goes. This was discussed in our meeting today when I brought it up and he clarified this nicely by saying (and he’s Hispanic) this has nothing to do with racism but rather since blue and gold is basically their color and our kids saying their favorite color is “brown” it meant just as shitty, off-color, color (if that makes sense) it’s used  just not for football but most sports. It’s just a shitty color but leave it to the left to make it racist

I didn’t know sandals with socks was a black thing. It was usually dorky white kids when I was in middle school wearing Teavas.

As to the “brown” comment, maybe it was in bad taste if the school is predominantly black/brown.

Just for the record, I sometimes wear Burkinstock sandals with socks if the temperature demands it. Why give up comfort for the sake of fashion?

Thanks for this. I think this is the person (one person) that started this entire incident. As soon as she was confronted about what our kid(s) said she ran away and wouldn't be questioned.

The kid (our athlete) who supposedly called her a racial slur said he called her a 'b_e_a_n_e_r" and she flipped out and started calling him a "racist". He called her "brown" not "b_e_a_n_e_r" and when he stuck his out of the window of the bus he said "racist? look at me, I'm "brown". That's when he got off the bus to confront her (the cheerleader) and her mom. He told me he was going to confront her speaking Spanish but by the time he got off the bus, they bailed.

The person in the facebook post is a lying sack of shit. They were pissed because we beat an undefeated team that was predominantly Hispanic and Samoan to win our league championship.

So, she's saying that your players called them "beaners"?  And your players are saying they called them "brown"?

Not player(s) "player" and he's Hispanic as well as the ONE cheerleader he supposedly said it too and we have player, coach and parent witnesses.

It's in the hands of the both school districts, human relations and the CIF (California Interscholastic Federation) each state has their own HS athlete governing body

I hope the school district does a real investigation but it sounds like at this point it wont matter because its being turned into a "pc event" where the "leaders can make changes to address social issues".

Im surprised they're not suggesting they just eliminate the football programs altogether because it breeds an unhealthy level of competitiveness.

At this point since CIF is involved we’re afraid they might want to overturn our win and our league Championship. We have one game to go but we’ve already captured league. It seems our administration is doing nothing to back us

This entire incident started with ONE parent who didn’t even bother to stick around when confronted and it also looks like the CIF might try to overturn our win and championship that we haven’t won in 33 years even though the football team itself had nothing to do with this.

Our last game is on Thursday where it looks like we’ll have full media along with protesters. Yep, I’m going to get political. This is ALL the doing on the left.

The hardest part of this for me to think about is the teenage kid returning home and his mom knowing immediately that he's upset so she asks "Mihito what's wrong?"  When he tells her he got called a beaner she's all "Ayyy!  Mihito!!" and his dad in the bumblebee suit is shouting "Ay chihuahua! No es bueno!" while his sister prepares to graduate to womanhood at her quinceanera and his uncle vende las drogas out of a mariachi guitar and his brother with the teardrop tat buttons the uppermost button on a shirt made for someone 4 sizes larger.

The kid would be wondering how he's even related to these people. I mean, he's basically an american so he's like "Please stop that. Can I just have some food? Is there any dinner left?"

"FRIJOLES!!!!"

And then everyone started dancing around a sombrero. This kid is having a hell of a time.
