The man loves his training, that's for sure. It's what both ruined him, and now probably soothes him in some ways.
Keeps him (somewhat) sane.

Exercise is probably one of the only things that keep him sane, I can relate.  Weights aren't the "healthiest" form of exercise for him at this point but it's what he knows.. Fuck it, if he dies he dies.

That's why he's using the dumbbells and not the barbell benching, Einstein. Hard to get buried under dumbbells.

Yeah because you're assuming he can only die being crushed under a barbell …

He is dying as we speak, imagine after winning 8 Mr.O  ….. ten plus years of surgeries ,pain, major expenses and quality of life reduced to what we are witnessing  :'( ….


Just to end up like that , the weekend prior Halloween instead of enjoying with his kids, woman  and normal people …  All alone In the middle of a freaking Saturday night wasting the very few joints and tissues he has left in a damn gym for nothing .



Ronnie, Flex Wheeler and levroneee all in their 50's working their way to either a lonely life or early grave which ever comes first .
