I believe you are wrong. It was and still is an impeachment inquiry. The vote simply formalized it. Impeachment is probably the foregone conclusion of this process. But, don't bet the farm on it. Anything can happen at this point

Do you coach for a high school or independently? I'm not sure the school administration would approve of your giving this advice to their students.

Well if you’re not sure, then why are you poking your fucking nose in his business?

Sounds like someone who says that want a tattoo, but no idea what they want, so they go shop for one.

Rather than someone who has something meaningful, and wants a tattoo of it.

I think this is the second time you’ve condensed my blathering into a couple of sentences.

Let this brother blather, why don’t you?   :D

No you're wrong.  Pelosi specifically said it's not an impeachment inquiry.

Okay whatever. Doesn't seem like an impeachment until everyone on the planet testifies and they actually vote to impeach Trump. If Nancy said that, she's wrong.

Today’s House vote to formalize the impeachment process, spelling out its rules and procedures, isn’t the impeachment vote. That vote — on whether to make Donald Trump only the third-ever president1 to be impeached — will likely come later, after the House holds public hearings.

Impeachment inquiry vote's strong support from Democrats spells trouble for Trump

There's more if you need further evidence that it is an impeachment inquiry and not an actual vote to impeach Trump. You should be happy about this. Trump's fairy godmother could still swoop in and save him.

Good for you as long as you make it clear it is just your opinion. You're lucky you don't work for the school district I did. The administration and the school board would have frowned on your suggestion. Don't get me wrong, Tech school and/or learning a trade are great options. Not every kid is going to succeed in college. I learned a trade prior to going back to school. It came in handy throughout my adult life. It's just that most educators are all about furthering one's formal education. That's partly why there are young folks in college who are miserable and sometimes drop out before their freshman year is completed.

She doesn’t know what the fuck she’s doing. She was under a lot of pressure because of this behind closed doors Soviet style bullshit that wasn’t resonating even with Democrats. She had to make some kind of move and this was it.

I can’t wait till 2020 when this blows up in their faces and they all start pointing fingers at each other.

I agree.

What it does accomplish is to give the vulnerable Congress people an out. They can say they voted to look into impeachment but they didn’t actually vote to impeach.

I always feel that I need a shower after I expose myself to this shit. That idiot Beto O’Rourke chimes in and says it’s just a start and Trump needs to be removed from office as if he doesn’t know that the thing is gonna die in the Senate if it even gets there.

No, I predicted Trump would get 310 Electoral Votes in 2016. He got 306.

I am saying the Democrats are going to get cleaned out in 2020.

Today Nancy Pelosi guaranteed that President Donald Trump will be elected by a landslide in 2020.

It will be the biggest majority since President Ronald Reagan.

I'll ask you the same question I ask strawman that i can't get an answer from. When was the last time the left was proven right about anything...ANYTHING. You've and the rest of the leftists being elected or otherwise have been wrong (and proven wrong) about every accusation abount Trump since his election. From the hooker to "russian" collusion and everything in between. The tried to frame Kavanaugh and failed miserably as well. The left has ruined peoples lives for no reason but I'll bet you your account Flynn gets overtuned

Come on. It is you who missed it. Show me where I said you weren't a school district employee? You said you were and I believe you. Are you now or have you ever been a school district employee at the same school district I retired from in Oregon? Slow down. Don't get so wound up. Reread what I responded.

https://dailycaller.com/2019/10/28/pelosi-its-not-an-impeachment-resolution/

What she said is right. It is not impeachment resolution. It was a vote on a resolution to formalize the process for an impeachment inquiry. Mainly because Trump and his administration is doing everything it can to obstruct the inquiry for the reasons outlined here: “We are taking this step to eliminate any doubt as to whether the Trump Administration may withhold documents, prevent witness testimony, disregard duly authorized subpoenas, or continue obstructing the House of Representatives,” Pelosi said in a letter to Democrats early Monday.

Honestly, all any of us have here is our opinions and experiences. I think you are a good person with your heart in the right place and your advice to the students you coach is good advice, IMO. It just isn't the educational concept most school districts support.

On another note. Assistant coaches at the school district I worked for (not where you work) were usually contracted and not actually part of the staff. The district had no obligation to retain them.
