Sadly coach there are just so many very negative folk on here
I’m at a loss at time why they’re on a Bodybuilding forum as they seem to hate it & virtually
Everything about it.
Clearly there are risks involved as there are in everything we do to a greater or lesser extent
It’s very likely that those posting spiteful negative comments aren’t also taking various risks
In their lives in one form or another.
What's healthy for one may not be for another. IMO, It is most important is to find a balance between enjoying life, achieving goals and being realistic. I feel most healthy when I exercise in moderation, weigh between 170-175 lbs. and eat well. At 75 years of age, my goals aren't the same as they were 10 or 15 years ago. So far, so good.
