No- that's not even remotely true. An HIV infected female has a lower probability of transmitting the virus to a male than vice versa, but it definitely is not "very low". It's just that guys are better at spreading disease than women, lol. If the disease progresses to an advanced stage, the difference between male to female and female to male transmission rates comes closer to parity.
