Was a nice and funny dude, always laughing and joking - pretty much the complete opposite of all the introvert social anxious BB with a chip on their shoulder. Had it coming though, was probably on the heavy sauce for 35+ years lol

Was also a very close friend of Markus Ruhl.

Surprising Ruhl is still alive, he was/is a smoker and still seems to be on a high dose too. Still rocking the synthol in his biceps.

Definitely!  Man I remember weighting myself every day lol. I just want to fit into slim suits now and be able to jog and swim a reasonable amount. Can you imagine these guys jogging 5 miles?

Agreed - and Ruhl will be 48 in February.  Can he possibly make 55?  Ronnie did this year...so you never know.  Ronnie is also on 180mg of oxycodone daily.  It's not a particularly toxic drug - but that number goes to show what sort of pain he must be in.

Without a ready supply, Ronnie would be full-on dope sick with withdrawals.

What a terrible burden, physically and psychologically.

Ruhl will live till 100 - he's only on TRT these days and is going very easy on his workouts as well since he retired to lower his bloodpressure (see min 12:00)

How do you know the specific amount of Oxy that Ronnie uses? Not busting your balls - just genuinely curious.
