being a female fitness star is a hard one.... you have a limited time/value in this industry. father time never stops. do all the bikini shows you can from 18-28ish and tail it off and start a new chapter in your life
I always recommend if you are a pretty girl and hard worker - become a realtor in your early 30s
(dancers/strippers, figure/bikini girls, bar tenders) if they have a little hustle in their DNA which many do... since being a top level hottie takes work can kill it as real estate agents. I have seen it personally many times
also women generally are maternal and a few fitness girls I know never had a baby which can be a tough bitter pill to swallow. so you need to factor that into the formula
hence do all the bikini shows from 18-28 and look for another chapter..still look hot and train but realize the bikini/figure world has a finite timeline... dont over extend your stay
if you are 35-40 years and have had children and have a career and still do shows - that is awesome I love those well rounded chics - but when you are 50 and doing photoshoots as a female in the fitness world...
