Idiot, when the House impreaches Trump, the Senate trail is unavoidable according to the GOP. The Senate sits as a High Court of Impeachment in which senators consider evidence, hear witnesses, and vote to acquit or convict the impeached official. Marie Yovanovitch will be called to testify by the prosecution. Her time as a witness is not over yet. She could also be recalled by the House....Over you head.

Mmmm..pretty sure if it goes to Trial it becomes legal and political. That being said his tweet would probably be inadmissible along with the rest of the witnesses testimony due to hearsay. Jordan should have immediately backhanded Schiff on National TV. He would have been a hero

Trump’s tweet was typically Trumpian (take that as you will) but it ain’t witness tampering or intimidation.

At the very least Trump's tweet was a stupid thing for him to do (take that as you will).

I believe I made it clear that the Senate trial was a legal process. It's political because it is conducted by politicians. Trump's tweet is not hearsay. Everyone interested can read it firsthand. Jordan backhanding Schiff on National TV, would have been even more stupid than Trump's tweet. But then, you weren't being serious about this, were you?

If I had balls I’d start teabagging a lot of liberals.

Although soyboy libidiots would probably enjoy that.

There are 1,815 days left in Donald Trump’s presidency.

You can start with the entire Obama years, go to the Bush years after that, then step back farther into the Clinton years and just keep going back if you 're too retarded to see it.

Conventional wisdom has been wrong on this.

For witness tampering to have actually occurred, Yoyanovitch would have had to have been a direct witness to the crime.

Once again, being butthurt is not grounds for impeachment

It would be inadmissible and a matter of interpretation. The sissy left will exploit it and say it was a threat or bullying. The rest of the normal thinking world would know it’s just his opinion which he has a right too.

I’m all for Jordan backhanding Schiff then suplex his pedo ass to the ground

Caught some of the hearing today. Vinan was testifying. The democrat congressmen spends his time kissing thanking him for his service yada yada yada. Then Radcliffe gets his turn and points out that no one in any of the witnesses transcripts mentions anything about bribery which is the charge of the day.

You almost feel bad for these witnesses. They’re obviously just establishment pawns.

Were any of the witnesses asked about bribery?

Why do you keep chiming in when you don’t follow the events?

https://www.foxnews.com/media/marie-yovanovitch-president-trump-impeachment-hearing

Stewart: "I would now feel compelled to ask you, Madam Ambassador, as you sit here before us, very simply and directly, do you have any information regarding the president of the United States accepting any bribes?"

Yovanovitch: "No."

Excuse me. You led with today's testimony not last week's when Yovanovitch testified.

At this point, only the most hard-core Trump haters would deny that this whole impeachment process has been anything other than a disaster for the Dems.  Day of the after day of the Democrats coming up with air. It’s even backfiring because the only time in the word bribery hasn’t been mentioned has been in regards to Biden.  I would bet that there is talk behind the scenes about shutting it down.

I saw some repub today putting the dums on blast for changing the goals from quid pro quo to extortion to bribery and how the dums did this because "bribery" polls higher as an impeachable offense. ;D ;D

This is a left-wing source. It’s a complete disaster for the Democrats.

Why would the Republicans let them Democrats shut this down?

Hell no...when Pelosi and Schiff try to shut this shit show down the Republicans should vote to send it to the Senate and then call Hillary, Schiff, Obama, and both Bidens to testify under oath.
