He's one of those "could have been great" guys. He had it all but for various reasons, other than that one year when he got robbed, couldn't get it all together. It seems like there was always something getting in the way. Then you get a guy like Rhoden. The right place at the right time. It will never happen again but at least he was there.

Victor's time has passed.
