Caucasians and Asians have up to 5 % Neanderthal DNA and one has only to look at the achievements of these two groups in comparison to Black Africans to what see vast differences this created. The results speak for themselves.

It is only the last 100 years where most Black Africans have been living in human civilisation.

your almost right , there is cross breeding and for some reasons Asians seem to have the highest rate of Neanderthal DNA but that is not the same as evolution my friend.  There is no true evidence of evolution.
