By "natural" he meant it in the sense of having been born with some inherent gift at being a great bodybuilding.

Absolutely nothing to do with the copious hormones, growth hormone and research chemicals he as ingested for years.

In this day and age who does he think he is fooling? Only 7 or 8 year old about to lift their first weight might believe he is natural due to their lack of knowledge on anything bodybuilding. All this guy is doing is treating his audience like idiots and with contempt. No need to start proclaiming how many steroids you take and all that bollocks. Just don't say you are natural and that's it.
