i love these types lol. ''Hey i have huge muscles i want to fight you''. Oh boy, these wannabe tough guys are clueless how many people out there train some sort of martial arts today. And most of these people don't even look like they do. Landing a couple of swift head punches would make any inexperienced musclebound douchebag's head spin.
I have no fight training [or - very minimal, at least], but was a bouncer from 2006 to 2008. I have been in a few fights in my life, and I always found that I could take a hard punch, I think because my head and jaw is so thick.
Does that make sense? Some people just have bigger heads - Brock Lesnar, for example. Mark Hunt [I think he took 280 punches from Stipe Miocic before Herb Dean stopped the fight]. Tito Ortiz.
Or is that MMA broscience?

PS - is Mike Dolce the Chad Nicholls of the UFC? Does the UFC have its gurus that are all essentially serving fighters the same diet, the way bodybuilding "gurus" just put everyone on the keto diet, as if it is the magic bullet?

It seems that the UFC and the IFBB have a lot in common - prize money is low, tons of lower tier guys hold down full-time jobs while competing, and there is a huge cast of interesting characters. Maybe fighting isn't quite as poor as bodybuilding...but both get peanuts in comparison to mainstream sports.
