How's your Arnold 2020 training going?

Seems like a nice guy. Has a lot of his father's facial expressions. I would advise him to lighten the weights slightly and go for a fuller range. Then again my Olympia prep is going really bad. His father will always be in the top 5 of bodybuilding legends if not top three. His father at his best condition was 257lbs with a an impossible tiny waist. He competed so many years in varying condition. He use to work 10 to 12 hours at manual labor then hitting the gym. This was before he became a cop. The picture I put up is prior to tren, insulin and growth hormone.

Amazing physique in any era but also particularly for that time. He suffer from not always getting the conditioning perfect and being a black man when bb was mostly promoting muscular white men.

I wonder if Sergio Jr knows the story about his poor dad having given everything to bodybuilding, wandering around the Mandalay Bay like a homeless man, begging for a ticket to see the Mr Olympia because the freebie ticket was in the last row of the upper tier. Imagine seeing your dad as a grown man begging for scraps and saying to yourself, yeah that’s what I want to do with my life. #ParentalFail

Sad to hear him talk about getting dropped by his sponsor. I skipped to after the 10 minute mark, so wasn't sure what sponsor that was. I recall he was with Labrada for a while, then was not. But I'm not sure if he was dropped or if he moved on to another company.

He's right about the social media era being different. Had he been a bodybuilder 15+ years ago, he would have had a different career trajectory. Now he has a lot more competition, despite his iconic name.

It may have been a Palumbo interview, but I can't recall. I think she was having some difficulty finding travel arrangements, and was stuck somewhere.
