Funny how before pic is him pushing out a stomach that isn’t fat.So I imagine guy had a flat stomach before just not a 6 pack so not hard to believe it’s a natural transformation.When before pic shows nothing.

the guy has muscle memory - those are not "new muscles"
he got fat/soft and took a terrible picture
then did several weeks of flawless dieting, some supplements and cardio
took a great edited pic at the beach

kudos for him for getting in shape again but let's not be fooled.

Yep- chest and traps are the same in both pics. Guy simply dieted. Shaving off the beard always makes the face look narrower.  It’s 2019- nobody is fooled anymore lol

Good spot - my faves are the 'subtle' dark lines bringing out the sternocleidomastoid and clavicles that just don't occur in nature.  I think I might have to borrow some of my Wife's eye shadow to try that sh1t myself
