Did you actually read the proposed bill?  It is nothing close to the infowars articles.  The bill would not outlaw any of the activities you listed.

The way this is worded it could be used for prosecution upon varying interpretations of the proposed bill. I understand it's intentions but there are already laws on book to prevent subversive activities. The interpretations of this bill is subjective and so it can be used for malicious prosecutions.

Below is the current bill (18.2-433.2.) as it stands, since 1987.  Below that is the "new amended bill".  You be the judge.  Compare the two, and make an unbiased decision, on the new bill.  Will the amendment of the current bill "OUTLAW KRAV MAGA, BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU, KICKBOXING, TAI CHI, FIREARMS INSTRUCTION AND SELF-DEFENSE TRAINING"?

§ 18.2-433.2. Paramilitary activity prohibited (1987).

A person shall be guilty of unlawful paramilitary activity, punishable as a Class 5 felony if he:

1. Teaches or demonstrates to any other person the use, application, or making of any firearm, explosive or incendiary device, or technique capable of causing injury or death to persons, knowing or having reason to know or intending that such training will be employed for use in, or in furtherance of, a civil disorder; or

2. Assembles with one or more persons for the purpose of training with, practicing with, or being instructed in the use of any firearm, explosive or incendiary device, or technique capable of causing injury or death to persons, intending to employ such training for use in, or in furtherance of, a civil disorder.
