That guy is a scum bag. Wasn't it recently proven the the creatine in Bang is no different than any other creatine? It was also alleged that Bang contained no creatine at all.

If you need caffeine to exist you’ve got problems. I haven’t ingested caffeine in years and see no benefit to it. Sleep, exercise and a good diet keeps me going all day long.
