Are you on crack? I put "bro science" in the thread title and said I wanted to look disgusting like Phil Heath. I was obviously being tongue in cheek with that opening post. Guess the fact that you took it literally explains why you think not realizing you spent $2k on sushi is a sign you're great with money.
And who am I supposed to be envious of? You, who looks like a pile of melted plastic? Or Branch Warren, who might be the only pro who looks almost as bad as you?
Branch is a success. You're not. Branch can easily afford $2k on sushi which is why he barely noticed. At one point when I decided to keep track, I was spending about $350/month on nutritional supplements. It had zero effect on my lifestyle but once I realized it I started to pay more attention to what I was buying and waiting for sales and discounts.
And I look like melted plastic? Really? Why don't you post a pic with your oil filled
delts and let's see how much better you look than I do.
You know what, I just got up off the couch and took a quick pic of my left shoulder. No prep, no pumping up, no carb loading. I had a McDouble for breakfast, two hard boiled eggs, some cashews, and a "Boost" brand 20 gram protein drink. I train my delts once a week HIT style doing two sets of lateral raise (1 set dumbbell drop set and one set single arm cable), one drop set rear delt on the chest fly machine, and one set overhead press on the Hoist shoulder press using only one plate on the machine. Because of a permanent injury (rotator detached and retracted into the joint) I have little strength pushing over head. I can get about five reps with a 5 lb dumbbell on each arm. Also, I'll be sixty years old in a couple of months.
You're over 25 years younger than me. I assume your shoulders are injury free, or at least not to the extent that I am at. And you have used synthol. A purely cosmetic procedure. You should destroy my melted plastic physique. So put your money where your mouth is. Just post a pic of your shoulder like I did. No face pic. No one will know who you are. And make it a recent pic. Like taken right now as I did. Don't give yourself a week to pump in more oil or post a pic taken a decade ago when you actually use to lift.
You have a big, cocky mouth. It's easy when you hide behind a computer. I'm no stage ready physique and nearly 60 years old. So you can criticize me all you want -- but only if you can back it up. Just your shoulder standing relax just like I am so we can make a fair comparison. We'll see if you can back up your words.
