Charles Murray's book, I think it's called "Coming Apart", talks about this.  I may be confusing the title with something closer to the 1993 Michael Douglas movie "Falling Down".  I remember being a huge fan of that kid when it made its way to The Movie Network in Canada.  I think I watched it in 1994 or 1995.

In Canada, anti-White/male discrimination is codified in our very CHARTER.  But yeah, anti-White/male discrimination is totally not happening.    Check out "Equality Rights" under Section 15:
