Watching him do these lifts, is sad that he cannot move on or at least stop loading up his spine.....
The lying leg press video he posted??? FFS you'd think he was trolling if it wasn't doing such damage. He clearly cannot define himself by anything but the "ability " to lift which he has near totally lost at this point.
It's obvious now that he will not stop until there's is nothing left and he is crippled, very sad.
