I would say most top guys are at least partly sponsored with steroids. They have dealers begging them to give them roids. Perhaps for bragging rights or to funnel more customers to them via referral. Most of the time pharma growth you have to pay for. Steroids are so cheap so they often get them for free. The gurus aren't making bank via selling roids to the relatively few pros they have. Yes I'm sure many are in the drug dealing business somehow, but the money comes via high volume sales to gym rats, probably mostly online customers, via middle man, in that case.Anyone with more insight?I watched a video on Leo Longevity yesterday. He had Tony Huge, Bostin and coach Bleu Taylor. Leo was fawning over the guys' conditioning but Bostin thought most were out of shape. Bleu said at most 10% were in proper condition. His explanation? They either used "fake coaches" who don't know what they do and more likely, the guys are lazy and not "willing to suffer." Bleu said Hany is the best coach in history as he is consistent with his guys. Said Hunter had about 6-7 lbs of fat and 3lbs of water to lose. Bostin and Bleu thought Hadi was the clear winner, as did I and many here on getbig.Bleu said, and I agree with him, that had Keone been in shape it would have been him and Lunsfors fighting for first place. But the guy was plain fat, probably due to laziness. The guy is incredible from a muscular and structural standpoint.Bleu also said he doesn't use diuretics for 99% of his guys. The trick is being "fat free." The guys are not holding water, they still have fat to lose.BTW, Clarida is doing the OPEN this weekend.Keone:
Finally arrived in Egypt
Milos was great, but you can really see Nasser's superior genetics for arms in this shot.I never understood why Milos used synthol before...but now I can sort of understand it - I think pro bodybuilders need something like half their muscle groups to be excellent, and half to be good or very good. Some like Ronnie Coleman, Kevin Levrone, and Gunter Schlierkamp have basically no weak parts - unless we want to nitpick [Ronnie and Gunter had midsection issues - but what can you expect at 300-lb? Kevin's legs were a bit downsized towards the end of his career, but I wouldn't say he had any "weak" points in his prime. Some said Kev was narrow, but I have NEVER understood that one, lol].Nasser only really had a "weak" back - in that it wasn't anything like Dorian's. But why put synthol in those arms?Even Milos was fine without it, IMO. Or at least - don't abuse it.Sad that Nasser ultimately died of Bigorexia. Also, remember that photo "KidneyColonDead.jpg"? Now there are many more photos like that - including this one. And it's not like Nasser would be old if he was alive today - I think he would be 56 next month? Something like that.I think Sonny Schmidt would be just 68.I guess we now have an answer to John Romano's question "Where are the bodies?"
Well those two could never share a hat!
