Can you point me to something in Constitutional law that says the Senate has the power to declare " the impeachment null and void"? Not arguing with you, just wondering about it. Pretty sure if that's a possibility, Pelosi wouldn't hold up the process of turning it over to the Senate for trial.

It is the job of the Senate to see through the process of impeachment. If the House doesn't deliver their end of it, what would any normal person think would happen?

It would expire or be called null in a reasonable amount of time like most contracts and processes. Who decides what is reasonable? Probably McConnell.

Would the Supreme Court decide against McConnell based on the fact that there is no precedence and that he runs the Senate as the majority party head? Probably not.

You know as well as I do how inflammatory the comparison of Hitler can be.  It's absolutely absurd to mention Hitler in the context of Levin, particularly when you haven't read a single chapter of any of Levin's books, have likely have never listened one of his radio shows, and likely never watched his TV show. 

And then you cement your confirmation bias by plugging a few search terms in Google and quoting a hack like Tribe?  The same person who said Trump was a Russian spy?
