Even the charges are ambiguous. Abuse of power and Obstruction of Congress is very vague and subject to interpretation. What happened to Quid Pro Quo?
What happened to bribery? Both very specific charges.
So what was illegal? Asking a leader to investigate corruption in one of the most corrupt countries before we give them our money? Did he specifically say that I want you to investigate Biden or we will not give you money? Was an investigation done? Was money withheld? Did the Zenlensky say he felt pressure to do anything?
