Up until about 2 months ago I was doing seated hammers with 120s same form for 6-8 weighing 240.So he’s juiced should be doing much more than I was.Also did them standing but preferred seated as I felt them much better.Been doing heavy hammers for 28 years as a staple of my arm workouts so that’s why I can do that.Now my right shoulder has rotator cuff issues so have dropped the weight down considerably.
I know,I’m fat and I’m lying.Just figures I’d save people the time.
