Madness.  It's not that the $10T could be better spent; it's that it shouldn't be spent at all.

Renewable energy survives because it is massively subsidized.  Allow it to grow or die on its own, otherwise
we'll be paying 2-3 times more for electricity.

Spain started greening its economy and found that for every green job created, more than two disappeared in other sectors.
