Do you know why it takes Facebook 2-3 months to dole out each 30-day Facebook ban on me?  Because people like you clog up the "Report" function to the point that a person like me, who probably should be banned more often [compared to more mild posters] simply doesn't get looked at by Facebook's administration.

I think there are a few people in here who do actually hate homosexuals though.  Frankly, I wouldn't much care if someone posted a photoshop implying that I am homosexual.  I think the LGBT community's behaviour lately has been disgraceful, but there is no way I would care this much over a photoshopped picture of me holding a guy's hand.

In fact, I AM called gay on here - and the only thing that offends me about it is the frequency in which it is stated.  It's just annoying in that volume - not the accusation itself.

Believe it or not, I was down this road just a month ago.

My friend's wife has a thing for me.  Through no fault of me.  It's not like I went and heavily pursued her or anything.  So he literally threatened everything he possibly could - he basically wanted to tell the RCMP that I know people who smoke marijuana.  That's how pathetic his threats got. 

In the end, I was basically like "Yeah, look - I'm not scared, but if your wife wants to add me on Facebook, you should take that up with her.  I'm not going to remove her, but I'm not going to be seeing her in person.  You're going to have to deal with it."

About 10 days has passed since he last contacted me about it.  His wife is still on my Facebook - it's just that I don't care.

Again - I'm not complaining.  The reason why it takes Facebook so long to ban me is because they are swamped with people reporting all sorts of ridiculous, stupid shit.  Someone will post an American flag, and get reported for being a "Nazi", and as a result, you have actual full-on Neo-Nazi groups operating in plain sight on Facebook for months, because all of the moderation efforts are taxed to death with reports of people who post American flags, LOL.

The thing is - I have been disappointed with some aspects of the LGBT community lately.  For example, so many displays of public nudity at the pride parades.  There is no reason for that.  No one gives a shit about who is gay or who isn't gay.  I don't need homosexuality rubbed in my face, when I never gave a shit about it.  Never had a problem with it at all.

It's being told I am intolerant like that, that is causing me to be annoyed with it.

That said, I think some people in here legitimately hate gay people.  For them to lose their shit at a photoshopped photo with some implications implying homosexuality.  When I have had similar gay photoshops of myself posted, I laughed at them.  I found them funny.

Hence why I posted that photoshop of me above.

Again, I don't know what the issue is for people to lose their shit about a fake gay photoshop.  Maybe I'm missing something, but it seems to me that some people really hate the implication of being called a homosexual, for reasons I am not clear on.

I don't mind the implication - although it following me around to the extent it has is a bit much.  In other words - the frequency of the number of implications is the issue, nothing more.

Jealousy is an ugly and destructive emotion, no matter how you look at it. Your friend could lose his wife if he doesn't loosen his grip on her. Of course, your in no position to tell him this. Let's hope he figures it out for himself.
