all my life living in eastern asian country i have never heard of any cases of sickness eating bad eggs in my country,all the cases i heard are from western countries, which is supposed to be light years more civilised than us

Locals never get sick, only Farangs would get food 'poisoning' .

I loved eating at Banzaan food market in Patong & Or Tor Kor market in Bangkok or Durian SS20 in Kuala Lumpur.

Since the hard boiled egg is already cooked the bacteria gets on the edible pat of the egg when you peel it.

  Probably more a case of folks in those countries having adapted to the various nasties in country. Kinda like american getting the chits when they visit Mexico yet mexicans don’t get sick

but wouldn't boiling the egg kill the bacteria. ive gotten sick from bad eggs before food poisoning to be more specific so eggs can go bad but when I got sick it was from eggs I just bought

The bacteria goes through the shell   Any pathogen present in a hens ovary or oviduct is likely to be present inside an egg. Salmonella CAN pass through the shell of a heavily soiled egg. Your body can handle a small dose of pathogens from a food source and does so constantly, every day. Large colonies of pathogens from soiled or contaminated food will surely make you sick.ll................. ..
