Anybody else like this actor?

Definitely one of my favorites. Great physique as well for over 50 and seems to keep improving on it. Kingdom is one of the few drama tv shows I have enjoyed in the last few years.

Guy’s badass. He’s no joke. Does martial arts/MMA. And as can be seen, he’s in killer shape.

Frank grillo is awesome, rewatched him in wheelman on Netflix a couple days ago, he was great with statham in homefront, great in purge 2 or 3.

Never heard of him as I don't watch much TV but though he'd be blasted as a skinny twink by many on this board this is the type of physique the majority strive for, including myself. Very fit, athletic and healthy. Fifty years old, too. Amazing and inspiring for older guys like me.

I agree and I am nowhere near that age yet, but I like to see "older" guys still going strong and (in his case) improving.

He is in amazing shape and I give him credit if he did that clean.  Knowing it's hollywood he's taking something like anavar and had some work done on that ab area.  Great physique though.
