They know the brown and black people of the world could put up no opposition.  Give them the very bare bones minimum of food and shelter and allow them to run wild while telling them they are disadvantaged and they are happy.  The yellow people could present a problem though.

I read somewhere that there are much more genetic differences among african groups, than from blacks to whites. I cant back it up with any study, maybe its propaganda.

The only difference is a can of tuna.  If you take a combination of General and Human Genetics, you'll find out why.
