My favorite song with Mötley was always "Looks that kill", even had that one in my mp3playlist for workouts back in the early 2000s! :D

Epic set in the video but we didn't care in the 80s!

What a joke. I can't believe they're playing stadiums. I guess DL can draw a few people still but the other 3 should be playing at Rodney's Rib Shack in Pomona

Joan Jett: A middling talent with a couple successful cover songs to her name. Her career has been a work that she’s some pioneer for broads in rock. Nope.

Poison: Superfluff band, but one that’ll likely bring some energy. CC DeVille is a bargain-basement glam-metal guitarist and Dall and Rocket ... Bret’s a vibrant frontman, if nothing else.

Motley Crüe: Vince (whom I like) is a fat washup who essentially garbles out non-words on stage; Mick is hanging on to life by a thread (and there’ll be backup tracks and/or another guitarist off stage); Suxx is a clown desperate for money and relevance; and Tommy hates hard rock/metal, but, like Suxx, craves attention and money. He’d rather be playing DJ and wigger superstar.

Def Leppard: The most pro band on the bill with the most accomplished musicians. Having said this, like Crue, they will have tapes running the entire show.

My opinion: Motley will be the least-live of the bunch. The group is also reprehensible for returning after making such a hoopla about retiring the band after its farewell tour a few years back.

Save your coin and spin Crue’s first several (SatD being a classic) and Leppard’s first four.

NICE,,,,neil nor elliot can sing anymore.leppard known for great harmonies and backup vocals sound like there being strangled now.

The problem is that the music of these bands is based on their being young and that’s no longer the case. Do you really want to hear a 60-year-old Joe Elliott and fat slob Vince Neil singing “Pour some sugar on me” and “Girls, Girls, Girls”?

Absolute embarrassment.  Whole tour likely to be sponsored by Metamucil.

I had to take a handful of clients to see Motley on their supposed “last tour” a couple of years ago.  Vince was a complete disaster. Huffing and puffing and most of the time it appeared he was making up gibberish lyrics.

S.A.T.D was epic in its day, then they came out dressed in stripes and tassles for T.O.P. a few years later.
Early Leppard was very good (On thru the night, Hi & Dry, Pyro) then turned fluffy.

Vince may need his hear "Kickstarted" looks like a sack of shite these days. (Remember when Titus trained him for a tour on that MTV special)?

I read they (Crue) hired trainers and chef's to try to get into shape for the tour. MIch was a grat guitar player, that spine disease has affected him badly.

Poison, never liked them (Only glam I liked were the originators (The Sweet - Ballroom Blitz, Fox on the Run, etc).

Joan Jett - Not much talent there, but a lot of luck.
