Recover fully from torn rotator so I can train hard again. Did it in AUG, SLOWLY getting better, but very limited still.
(Todays bench workout was the bar only before moving to some Hammer machines). Around 2 weeks ago, I was feeling much better, pain was minor, range of motion was almost back fully.
Stepped it up too quick and have a setback again. (Was using 135 for sets w/ no pain, put 225 on, felt good/easy, next AM, noticed pain and set-back again).
Get over-all healthier in 2020 than I was in 2019. (Atherosclerosis issue).
GetBig goals - Hang out w/ JAGO, Dearth, Prime, Shiz-Val and discuss politics civilly over a beer or alcohol drink (for them if wanted) and a Shirley Temple for me (recovering alchy now).
