If Phil is not business savy, had a bad divorce, paid 30% in taxes, paid Oscar a bunch for the training-guru, lives above his means, steals jewelry, huge drug bill, etc., I can see where he may not be worth that if not done properly. (Look how Flex used to pose in front of many cars, houses, etc, very broke these days). Phil likes to do the same.
