That's depressing...just the entire issue surrounding Dallas and his early passing. Age 26 is just so young. Dallas was just a kid, and I have to think the constant pressure to keep increasing his size and weights lifted accelerated his early demise.
I think Rich Piana's heart weighed something like 660 grams, which was around twice the size of the heart of an average man. But Dallas' heart was something like 830 grams - something around 200 grams bigger than Piana's heart despite being over 20 years younger. It just makes me wonder what sort of chemical cocktail Dallas was on for that to happen.
Rich was in relatively good health... Some enlargement of the heart in someone that size is normal and not a concern, that's why I think rich overdosed on something, we never got the tox reports back.
As for Dallas, the state he was in was terrible, I was shocked reading his autopsy the enlargement of his organs were far beyond normal and healthy, even accounting for his size.... And the added fact he had cancer of the thyroid.
Only 26 years old, real wake up call for others.
