Rocket - calm down little fella. I never credit my physique to insane hard work. I don’t train all that hard. It’s been 15 years since I used more than 400mgs /week. About 12 years I didn’t even train (did cardio some). Got out of shape and went through a midlife or something so I got back in shape and never used more than 250mg / and nothing other than test. Not as large as I was but really not that far off.

The FACT is that it doesn’t take much at all to maintain muscle while losing fat and if you had muscle before you can get it back on very close to TRT doses.

Before I ever used a drop morons would not only tell that I was on juice - but these dorks would say they knew WHAT and how much I was taking... I never bothered to argue but it would crack me up because I had no clue what the drugs they were saying even was.
I used for years and for my sensibility I feel like it was too much (but never more than 1 - 1.5 grams MAX a week of everything combined). Don’t think even when I competed that I used more than 3 things at a time. And before some jagoff says I didn’t compete because I don’t have purple stars or whatever - please tell me how the fuck anyone would know. Hint hint -I might not actually be a Martian or even named anything remotely similar to Marvin -
I gained a lot of fat for me a few years back and then finally decided I had to change. I didn’t use ANYTHING for almost 10 years and since then I haven’t exceeded 400mg test a week and occasionally 200mg Deca or EQ - and cocksuckers love to tell me “come on man be honest”. I don’t bother - I really don’t give two shits. Maybe it’s muscle memory - maybe I am lucky - maybe Martians are simply genetically superior - maybe my mother is a sorceress - I don’t know why I don’t need much now and I don’t really care..
