CHICAGO - A Chicago mother says a Cook County judge has taken away her parental rights after learning that she is not vaccinated against COVID-19.

In what all parties agree is a very unusual and perhaps unprecedented step, a judge at Chicago’s Daley Center has stripped Rebecca Firlit of custody because she refuses to get a vaccination shot.

"I miss my son more than anything. It's been very difficult. I haven't seen him since August 10th," Firlit told FOX 32 News in an exclusive interview.

That’s the day Firlit appeared in court via Zoom along with her ex-husband for a child support hearing involving their 11-year-old son. The two have been divorced for seven years and share custody and parenting time.

She says out of the blue, Cook County Judge James Shapiro asked her whether she had been vaccinated. Firlit told Shapiro she had not because she has had bad reactions to vaccines in the past.

Shapiro then ordered that Firlit be stripped of all parenting time with her son until she gets vaccinated.

For example we were advised from another family member in a hotspot (they are vaxed) that unless we were vaxed then we couldn't come to the family Christmas.

Now, the irony of that is this was coming from someone in a hotspot who plans to travel out to a zone which is very safe, yet we are the danger.

I'm waiting for the Novavax to become available which is 1 shot yet if i have only 1 shot and not 2 like others years earlier, the argument will be i'm not safe because i chose to take generation 2.0 covid vax. Covid is a distraction to the larger personal issue which is your future salary and work arrangement.

I hate to break it to people but the reality is this:
Your salary includes transport and given you aren't coming into an office, this will be removed.
Your salary includes geographical consideration. If you are working remotely, wages drop to the cheapest geographical level.
Your salary includes full productivity. This has dropped off massively therefore the 4 day work week is coming.....

The above would all be reality right now if the govt didn't step in to pay for 2 days a week salary.

This is the phase my wife and I are in right now and it’s frustrating. Some examples. Work a few hours, sleep an hour and a half. Trained back tonight, took over an hour because of dragging ass and feeling gassed. We had a football game last night. Got to the field at 5:15, organized the team, 7pm start time, game ended at 9:50, got home got to bed by 11:15 didn’t wake up until 10am got up, ate and slept another two hours. Normally I’m up by 5:30am and work straight through until about 6-7pm. This Chinavirus is a production killer

Something strange has happened in the last couple weeks.

Last week my father went in for his 6 month checkup. No mention of the shot as to whether he got it or wanted it or needed it. Ziltch.

Another close older relative of mine has an MD and two specialists. None of them want to make a recommendation on which shot to take or even to take the shot.

They say "ask the pharmacist", like they are out of the decision. WTF is that? Obviously they've discovered there will be future liability and that is coming from the top. Then call the pharmacist and they say "oh yeah you need to take the shot" .... but instead of making a recommendation they just tell you what they have that day. Nothing is determined by health history, just availability AKA $$$.

Ever since Obamacare started -  the funding, govt and pharma come BEFORE the patient. People are getting terrible, confused at best and corrupt at worst "care" during this whole thing.

When it comes to those with natural immunity of course it is unproven as to what benefit that would provide, if any.
