Does look like he actually gained some muscle though to be fair... but I doubt he'd have more than 16 inches when lean unless he is really tall.

I used to dislike Goodrum but I think that was a mistake. He comes across as being pretty intelligent and he gives legitimately GOOD advice- he says consistency is key and I agree 100%. Also its tough to put yourself out there like he does, you have to make yourself vulnerable when you post online and people know who you really are. Its uncommon, most hide behind their e-personas. I would say thats a very alpha male characteristic Vince displays. And he has clearly overcome pretty shitty genetics so all in all Goodrum deserves respect and anyone with a brain should find value in the advice he shares.
