I still have redness around my gums and the occasional flare up in the gum where when i squeeze it white puss (white blood cells' come out of thwe gum line with blood

But i have tons of energy i work on my feet all the time , i eat healthy and are in good shape

My bp systolic was a lil elevated like 145 over 80 something

Eating foods with sugar definitly effect it so ive cut back on that
my eyes are a little bit blood shot and a minor twitch in eyelids here n there

Ive already been taking a calcium mag n zinc supp

But i will be taking epsom salt again starting today to clean up my liver

At your age, 135-140 over 80 should be fine. You may be a wee bit high for your age range, but not overly.

Gum redness can arise from not flossing regularly. My gum bleeding reduced to under 10% [which denotes no active gum disease] when I started flossing 2x daily, and brushing my teeth 2x daily with a Sonicare electric toothbrush, that has a 2-minute timer [one minute for my top teeth, and one minute for my bottom teeth, and I try to brush as evenly as possible].

The electric toothbrush with a timer was a godsend in terms of reducing my gum bleeding [and thus bringing me to zero gum disease, and reducing the redness of my gums]. Flossing 2x daily was also important, and I think if you go much over a 2/2 protocol, you risk over-brushing.

I can't speak for the white puss coming out of your gums. I've never had that, or heard of it.

The white puss thing i found out about by accedent by squeezing my gums with force and it smelled just like really bad breath i had no idea bad breath originated from behined the gum line in the form of puss

There is some nast youtube vids with people that got alot of puss

There are also nasty YouTube videos draining cauliflower ears, and draining pimples/blackheads.

Regarding bad breath, someone told me that you can also get bad breath by going into ketosis.

What the fuck? See a doctor if you have a gum infection. If it gets really bad you could lose teeth. Your breath must smell like a dog's butt. Take care of your health. Diabetes is a simple fasting test. What that has to do with your gum infection is beyond me.

If I had to guess, I would say that Marty's breath smells like a tonsillolith.

You cough them up, and they smell. I'm happy to say that I have not coughed up one of these monsters in years - possibly decades. Marty's breath most likely smells like one of these, based on how he described things in the OP:
