I saw Antoine at a club one night he told me he was 250. I could barely hear him over the music and I thought he said 215. Thing is I wasn't convinced he was 250 because I looked quite a bit thicker and wider than him at around 215. He's also a very odd fellow.

.  ^^this!^^ (sadly) ...i work in a huge double decker mall and never ever see any bodybuilders (in the 90’s everyone was or at least a wAnnabe) ... on one hand it’s great (I’m the biggest guy lol) on the other hand it’s sad... don’t even see anyone who looks like they lift ...girls seem to still respond to muscles tho (but... they are either way too young or way too old) ... miss the old days!

Yep there's no quality muscle anymore... It's all insulin and gh, blurred, waterlogged, overfilled physiques.

Yates would have been legit 340 (and looked no where near as good) had he carried all the water and overcarbed, over insulin as these guys today all do.

For one I weighed 215lbs or less at the time, and to this day I'm almost 100% sure he said he weighed 250 (we were at an all night club in Toronto music very loud), which my friend and I refused to believe after looking at the 2 of us in the picture he took side by side.

Also, he was dressed like Macho Man Randy Savage, lightning bold shades included , in a public place, for reasons unknown.
