Of course it's possible. You can tell he is natural by how gloriously youthful his facial features are. Plus, he seems to have mastered all the important angles to training.

He may not be big in the sense of weight and bulk and by GetBig skewed standards but just look at the individual body parts: chest, arms, delts. The guy is extremely developed.

Another thing, when you get really low in body fat you also lose a lot of muscle whether you are on gear or not.

This. You can get just as lean natural - but at that size? Not natural.

Even on steroids this is not as easily achieved as some seem to think. I'm dieting down right now and I'd be very happy if I hold that much muscle when done.

And those picture should read: Natural, Roids, Clean. Once you go on hormones you're not natural anymore even if you've been off for a while. You're just clean meaning you can pass a drug test.
