Whey protein and a multi vitamin, that's all you need. And some creatine and bcaa's -that's it. A little pre workout for the morning sessions and some intra-carbs. Nothing else! A few aminos post workout won't hurt and a few barbiturates to sleep- you'll be fine.

and maybe some anabolics test as a base also an oral, dbol or adrol during offseason or winny var on season... Also add some tren as it is good .... Also GH, also a good idea to take some peptides, ghrp-2 to stimulate appetite as well,, also don't forget hcg for testies and aromatise inhibitor for estro also some nolva for gyno. Also remember some pre meal humalog (can't get gains without that) and also don't forget some findasteride and minoxidil for hair loss and also some clomid and also some painkillers, Nubian's the best it's non addictive (dan duchaine told me he wouldn't lie) ...

and yeah that's all you need, bodybuilder for life......

Body converts protein into amino acids, don't you know that !.

The only extra V. needed  is B12  ;)

The company's image is just silly but they do produce some great supplements.  Highly dosed, effective ingredients, and most taste good too
